Rich brings decades of hands-on experience to every project. A graduate of electrical tech school, he began his career in Maui doing residential electrical work and tile installation. Over the years, he’s operated heavy equipment on the East Coast, managed high-end custom home builds in the Bay Area, and led solar projects throughout California. That depth of experience means you’re not hiring a “jack of all trades” — you’re hiring a seasoned professional who understands homes and businesses from the inside out.
Nikki Williams
Office Manager
Nikki, Rich’s wife — a nurse and experienced solar professional — helps keep the business running smoothly. Together, they’re raising three kids and enjoying life in Nevada County, where you’ll often find them riding local trails and supporting the community they serve. Nikki does everything from taking the service calls and booking the appointments, to balancing the books and handling the marketing. She is truly integral to Rainr’s success!
